Sempra Energy Shareholder Meeting Notice & Admission Ticket

The Sempra Energy 2011 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held on May 13, 2011 at The Balboa Bay Club & Resort, 1221 West Coast Highway, Newport Beach, California, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. Directions to the Annual Meeting are located at the end of the Proxy Statement. Upon arrival, please present this admission ticket and photo identification at the registration desk.
