Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 22, 2021, Trevor I. Mihalik provided notice that he will resign as a director of Southern California Gas Company (“SoCalGas”), a subsidiary of Sempra Energy, effective March 24, 2021. Also on March 22, 2021, the Board of Directors of SoCalGas appointed Karen L. Sedgwick, Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of Sempra Energy, as a director of SoCalGas effective March 24, 2021.
